Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jump2rr platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, any associated applications, and all products and services therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on jump2rr.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jump2rr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jump2rr platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support@jump2rr.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to players accessing jump2rr from Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent that you are located in Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jump2rr, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on jump2rr.
• You must be a legal resident of, or be physically located in, Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Use of jump2rr accounts by proxy or on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with jump2rr or any associated gambling platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from jump2rr for any reason, including fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

jump2rr reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing a photograph and date of birth. Failure to supply satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If the Company determines that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of account registration, the account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made may be returned at the sole discretion of the Company after deducting the cost of any benefits received.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on jump2rr, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jump2rr. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jump2rr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the Company has acted in good faith in processing transactions submitted using your credentials. You must notify the Company immediately at support@jump2rr if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jump2rr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. The Company may request, at any time and without prior notice, that a player submits identity verification documents including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number). Accounts may be restricted or withdrawals withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Accurate Personal Details

The name, date of birth, and contact details registered on your jump2rr account must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies between registered details and submitted documents will be treated as a potential breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jump2rr are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company does not currently support foreign currency deposits. Currency conversion at the point of deposit or withdrawal is not available. All displayed balances, bet amounts, and winnings are denominated in BDT.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jump2rr currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

• bKash — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered bKash accounts
• Nagad — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered Nagad accounts
• Rocket — deposits and withdrawals via Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — deposits and withdrawals via Upay mobile wallet
• Bank Transfer — available for selected banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing time 1–3 business days.

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits made to jump2rr are generally credited to the player's account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, the Company reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any processing fees imposed by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jump2rr finance team within one (1) business day of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active compliance hold on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account held in the same name as the registered jump2rr account. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for routine compliance purposes.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jump2rr reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after twelve months of inactivity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jump2rr are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the product rules.

5.1 Sportsbook Betting

Pre-match and in-play bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. All bets are final once confirmed. The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account balance within 24 hours.

Minimum stake per bet: ৳50. Maximum stake per bet and maximum payout per event are subject to market-specific limits published on the relevant betting page. The Company reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are identified.

5.2 Live Casino

All live casino tables on jump2rr are operated by independent certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table before a player sits. Once a bet is placed and the round begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Disconnections during a live casino round are not grounds for bet cancellation; in the event of a connection failure, bets remain valid and results will be recorded by the studio system.

5.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot and RNG game outcomes on jump2rr are determined by certified random number generators supplied by the game provider. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each title is displayed within the game's information panel. Minimum bet per spin or round starts from ৳10. The Company is not responsible for any technical failure on the part of a third-party game provider; in such cases, the dispute resolution process of the relevant provider will apply.

5.4 Results and Disputes

Official results for sporting events are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL tournament officials, FIFA). In the absence of an official result within 48 hours of the scheduled event end time, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant markets and return stakes to players. Disputes regarding settled bets must be raised with the support team at support@jump2rr within seven (7) days of the relevant result being published on the platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

jump2rr offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and reload offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry periods. The terms on the specific promotion page shall govern that promotion and these general terms shall apply where the promotion-specific terms are silent.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by jump2rr carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and certain games may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion page.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The Company takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or withdrawing before completing wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions published on jump2rr are available only to verified Bangladesh players unless the promotion page expressly states otherwise. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notifications about available promotions but may still be eligible to claim them manually via the promotions page.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jump2rr. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with a payment provider after receiving gaming value from the deposited funds.
• Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods: Depositing funds using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account that does not belong to the registered account holder.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one jump2rr account, whether personally or in conjunction with other individuals.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the jump2rr platform without explicit written consent from the Company.
• Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies or promotions in a manner that removes market risk and guarantees a profit regardless of outcome. The Company reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts where such patterns are identified.
• Money laundering: Using the jump2rr platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement where money laundering is suspected.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating a jump2rr account using the identity of another person, whether real or fictitious.
• Harassment of staff or other players: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at jump2rr support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

jump2rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent, prohibited, or suspicious activity on the account
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age
• Legal obligation or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request voluntary closure of their jump2rr account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jump2rr. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed by the Company due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or multi-accounting, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds, without obligation to make any payment to the player. The Company also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion to protect themselves from problem gambling — should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for full details of available tools and the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications from jump2rr for the duration of the exclusion.
