Age Restriction Policy

Age verification is a mandatory step of the account registration process. Deposit and Loss Limits
jump2rr provides every registered player with the ability to set binding financial limits on their account. These limits are designed to help you stay within a budget you are comfortable with and to prevent impulsive overspending during a session.
3.1 Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount for any of the following periods:
- Daily deposit limit: The maximum total amount you can deposit within a single calendar day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Weekly deposit limit: The maximum total amount you can deposit across a rolling 7-day period.
- Monthly deposit limit: The maximum total amount you can deposit within a calendar month.
Deposit limits apply across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and all other supported channels — on a combined basis. The limit is expressed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). For example, setting a daily deposit limit of ৳2,000 means no further deposits will be accepted on that calendar day once ৳2,000 has been deposited, regardless of which payment method you use.
3.2 Applying and Changing Limits
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 24 hours. This cooling-off period is built into the system intentionally — it prevents impulsive decisions made in the heat of a session from being immediately reversed.
Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period from the date the increase request is submitted. During this 7-day period, the original lower limit remains in effect. This delay is a deliberate safeguard to protect players from increasing limits rashly.
To set or change your deposit limits, log in to your jump2rr account, navigate to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. Alternatively, contact support@jump2rr and a team member will apply the limit change on your behalf after identity verification.
3.3 Loss Limits
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum net loss limit for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your net losses reach the limit you have set, the system will automatically block further gameplay until the period resets. As with deposit limits, reductions take immediate effect and increases are subject to a 7-day delay.
Time-Out and Cool-Off
A time-out is a short-term break from the jump2rr platform. It is designed for players who feel they need to step back temporarily without committing to a full self-exclusion. During a time-out, your account is suspended and all login attempts are blocked for the chosen duration.
Available Time-Out Periods
- 24-hour time-out: Account suspended for one full day. Suitable if you feel you are gambling more than you intended during a short period.
- 7-day time-out: Account suspended for one full week. Suitable for players who want a week-long break to reassess their habits.
- 30-day time-out: Account suspended for one calendar month. Suitable for a more extended break without permanently closing the account.
How a Time-Out Works
Once a time-out is activated, the following apply for the full duration of the period:
- All login attempts to the account are blocked.
- Pending bets and open positions placed before the time-out was activated will be settled normally — the time-out does not cancel open bets.
- Marketing and promotional communications (email, SMS) are suspended during the time-out period.
- The time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated. It must run its full course.
- Withdrawals of existing account balance can be processed during the time-out period by contacting support@jump2rr directly.
To activate a time-out, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Time-Out, or contact the support team. Time-out requests submitted to the support team are processed within 2 hours.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a more serious and longer-term commitment than a time-out. It is the appropriate tool for players who believe they have developed a problem with gambling and wish to be prevented from accessing jump2rr for an extended period. jump2rr takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously — they are processed as the highest priority by our responsible gaming team.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion
- Your account is immediately locked and cannot be accessed for the full exclusion period.
- All promotional emails, SMS messages, and bonus offers are permanently suspended for the duration.
- Any account balance at the time of self-exclusion will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within 5 business days.
- Pending bets placed prior to the self-exclusion request will be settled and the resulting balance (win or refund) will be included in the withdrawal.
- Attempts to create new accounts during a self-exclusion period will be identified and blocked. Creating a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of the jump2rr Terms & Conditions.
Requesting Self-Exclusion
To initiate self-exclusion, contact the jump2rr responsible gaming team directly at support@jump2rr with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your registered account username, your registered mobile number, and the exclusion period you are requesting. Your request will be actioned within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during Eid, Victory Day, and all other Bangladesh public holidays.

Wager Limits
